(u) ROYG has provided no names for reftel "Track Two"
conference and is not/not expected to do so in the
foreseeable future. Embassy Sanaa presented reftel
invitation to ROYG officials, offered further
assistance/clarification as required, and maintained constant
communication until the August 15 deadline.
