Ed Aiston, Director SIPDIS General of the International Directorate of Health Canada and member of the Canadian delegation, has assured us that the head of the Canadian delegation would like to participate in the luncheon. He was, however, unable to say with confidence at this time whether the head of delegation would be Minister of Health Anne McLellan or Deputy Minister Ian C. Green. CELLUCCI
