On March 2, 2003, Post delivered reftel points to Badir
Abdul-Rahim, Acting Undersecretary for International Trade in
Kuwait's Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and to Ambassador
Abdul Hamid Al-Awadi, Director of the International
Organizations Department in Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Post will report any responses, including whether
the GOK intends to meet the March 31 deadline for submission
of an initial offer.
