Al-Sabah, Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait on November
¶16. Shaykh Salim told DCM that the Government of Kuwait
understands how important this issue is, and that they are
currently working to resolve it. He said he expected
resolution by the end of Ramadan (about 10 days from now).
