¶1. (C) Further to reftel, MFA Protocol has clarified that
the GOK accepts the offer to request the hospitality of Blair
House for Prime Minister Shaykh Sabah, who is due to meet
with the President on Wednesday, September 10. We are
pressing the GOK to clarify how it wishes to handle
announcement of the visit, which is not/not public knowledge.
