On June 2, Ambassador sent a letter to Minister of Health
Dr. Mohammad Al-Jarallah based on information provided in
reftel about the new U.S. initiative and urging Kuwait to
do more domestically and internationally to help fight
HIV/AIDS. Post elements, including Public Affairs Section,
will explore other avenues to disseminate the information
contained in reftel.
