(C) On 20 May, Embassy sent a letter to Minister of State for
Foreign Affairs Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Sabah with the details
of the virtual contact group and asking him to provide us
with names and e-mail addresses of appropriate GOK officials
seeking to join. Post will inform Washington of the GOK
response once it is received.
