The Sri Lanka Government through the Ministry of Housing and Plantation Infrastructure invites proposals on behalf of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board to construct a water treatment plant of 40 MGD on a Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) basis on the right bank of the Kelani River in the Western Province of Sri Lanka.
