1. In response to Reftel, Mission is prepared to amend
the existing Colombo Plan Agreement to accept funding
(USD 110,000) for two regional narcotics officer
training courses to be conducted by the Colombo Plan
Drug Advisory Program and U.S. Department of Justice's
Drug Enforcement Agency.
