(S/NF) However, CAA did locate the following Serendib Express 727 in Sri Lanka: Boeing 727 MSN 19494 Previous Registration: N6819 Present Registration: 4R-SEM Type Certificate No: A3WE Supplemental Type Certificate On Conversion to Cargo Version: ST 00770 LA ST 00778 LA ST 00779 LA Engine: JT8D-7B APU: Garrett GTCP 85-98C ¶3. (S/NF) On August 25, the Sri Lankan Criminal Investigative Department (CID) and Directorate of Internal Intelligence reported negative results on the missing 727. ¶4. (SBU) RSO will continue to make inquiries regarding the missing aircraft. On a related issue, NAT Aviation and Serendib Express owner S.S. Nathan was positively identified by ECON to be Amcit Sivanathan SIVARASA (DPOB 04/10/60 - Sri Lanka) based on DSP-11 photo for Passport No. 045541778. S.S. Nathan is accessible in Sri Lanka and might possibly agree to an interview should one be deemed appropriate. ENTWISTLE
