(U) Per Reftel, Mission has conveyed the U.S. issue
paper re the UNGA First (Disarmament) Committee meeting
to the Sri Lankan and Maldivian MFAs. Copies of A/S
Rademaker's speech were also provided. As of yet, we
have had no response from either government.
