Embassy would also appreciate any updated general guidance pertaining to detainees at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base on issues such as: conditions for detainees; visits by ICRC or other organizations; visits by foreign government officials; information released government-to-government regarding detainees; and the legal status of detainees.
