Embassy delivered ref a talking points and revised text of
the proposed EXBS legal agreement to MFA Head of Disarmament
Affairs Bulent Meric September 29. Meric said the MFA, in
conjunction with other appropriate GOT agencies, would review
the revised text and respond to the USG as soon as possible.
