SUBJECT: HLG CHAIRMAN'S LETTER PASSED TO THE GOT
REF: SECSTATE 211971
On July 23, Polmiloff passed reftel letter notifying the GOT
of a second HLG seminar to be held in Edinburgh to Ozcan
Sahin of the MFA's NATO Military Department. Sahin said he
would deliver the letter to Amb. Turan Morali,
Director-General for International Security Affairs and
Disarmament at the MFA, and the HLG point of contact within
the GOT.
