EconOff delivered text of reftel NOTAM to Bekis Uysal, Head
of Aviation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on April 10. Mr.
Uysal said he would deliver the NOTAM to the appropriate air
traffic authorities immediately. Mr. Uysal said Turkey had
already published the earlier NOTAM, but it had been a
translation of the Italian version of the NOTAM.
