8/1/03 - 9/30/03: 103,400 -0-
Estimated un-obligated
Balance / carryover: (103,400) -0-
2. Post anticipates generating US Dols 107,300 of
recycled funds during August 1 - September 30, 2003. So
actual carry over is estimated to be US Dols 3,900.
3. Post would need a waiver to continue recycling or
an advance of 103,400 to cover for the projected
obligations during 8/1/03 - 9/30/03.
