¶1. (SBU) On March 9, Embassy passed reftel information on VIG
to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Jordanian Armed
Forces (JAF). If/when we receive a letter from the GOJ
officially requesting FDA authorization for the export of VIG
to Jordan in the quantities and for the purposes outlined
reftel, we will promptly convey it to the Department for
action. We would also appreciate guidance on coverage of
civilian personnel under this program.
