Turkiye / In Sivas, The Supreme Court reversed the lower court decision and ordered a soldier who lost his two legs during a clash with PKK to pay his compensation and interest back to the government (Total 130 billion TL). The officials repossessed his house and car while he is in Germany for treatment. ECONOMICAL ¶3. Zaman / Zahir Kandasoglu, Head of the Chamber of Commerce in Van announced that the law approving the opening of the Border Trade Center in Van should be approved by the government before the Parliament's official closure. ¶4.
