on February 3 that the UAE Central Bank would freeze any assets in the
UAE linked to the entities designated in E.O. 13224 lists 27, 28, 29,
and 30. He conveyed his gratitude for our notifying the Central Bank o
the designations and promised to conduct a thorough investigation.
We will notify Washington of any additional actions the UAEG undertakes
