Assistant Undersecretary for Industrial Affairs Jamal
Lootah 9/30 about the 2003 USPTO Visiting Scholars Program.
Lootah's Office Director responded that the Ministry would
be unable to evaluate and select nominees from the
Industrial Affairs Office to attend the course on such
short notice. (Note: The senior management of the UAE's
Industrial Affairs office already have participated in
previous USPTO Visiting Scholar's Programs. End note.)
