On 17 March, POLOFF briefed MFA Legal Affairs Deputy 
Director Yacub Al-Hosani on the new USG Commercial 
Remote Sensing Space Policy, and advised that the 
Department in the future will conduct an invitational 
briefing for representatives from certain Embassies, 
including the UAE Embassy. Al-Hosani responded that 
he would forward the background information and fact 
sheet to the UAE Ambassador in preparation for that 
meeting.
