¶1. On December 3, 2002, Econoff delivered reftel demarche to
Badir Abdul-Rahim, Assistant Undersecretary for International
Trade in Kuwait's Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and to
Ayham Al-Omar, Deputy Director in the Americas Department at
Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Post will follow up
