1. Post reports the following status for its revenue
generating programs:

2. Post is anticipating generating us dols 76,000 of
recycled funds during August 1 - September 30, 2002. So
actual carry over is estimated to be US Dols 10,100.
3. Post would need a waiver to continue recycling or
an advance of 65,900 to cover for the projected
obligations during 8/1/02 - 9/30/02.
