(C) PolMilOff November 28 spoke to Stella Aburime at the Nigerian Justice Ministry. Aburime said that Nigeria had not yet developed domestic legislation on chemical or biological weapons. Aburime, who works on the Ministry Committee charged with drafting the legislation to internalize the CWC convention provision, agreed to share a draft of legislation as soon as she has approval to do so. Embassy will forward the Nigerian draft text to the Department when it is received, and has forwarded the relevant U.S. Code to Aburime. Jeter
