Regarding reftel invitation to ECOWAS to send two representatives to the ACRI exercise in Dakar July 9-27, 2001, ECOWAS informally notified us today that Deputy Executive Secretary, General (ret.) Cheik Oumar Diarra and Military Advisor, Colonel Dixon Dikio, will attend the exercise. Mission requests forwarding of a fund cite as soon as possible to enable us to arrange ticketing and other administrative requirements. Jeter
