1. (SBU) We delivered reftel points on 25 January 2010 to
the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Americas
Department, and noted our request for additional information
on the status of Georgian laws and experiences related to
text messaging while driving. MFA officials assured us that
they would look into the matter and pass our request and the
necessary information to Georgian transportation officials.
