1. This is an action request. Please see paragraph three.
2. Post is inviting representatives of the Uzbekistan Forensic
laboratories to attend the American Academy of Forensic Sciences
meeting that will be held in Seattle, Washington, from Feb 22-27,
2010.
3. Action request: Post requests the Department to conduct a human
rights review and Leahy vetting for the Main Forensic Department of
the Ministry of Internal Affairs and send response before February
5, 2010.
