DELEGATION TO CONTACT GROUP ON PIRACY OFF THE COAST OF
SOMALIA PLENARY

1. Mission clearance is requested for the U.S. delegation to
the Countact Group on Piracy off the Coast of Somalia
Plenary. This meeting will take place on January 28th in NY
at the United Nations. No USUN assistance, other than that
noted in reftel, is required. Unless otherwise noted, all
delegation members hold an TS/SCI clearance.


2. The delegations travel plans are as follows:

Arrival on January 26 and departing on January 29: CDR Susan

4. Mission clearance is requested for North American
Maritime Ministries Association Vice President
Rev. James Von Dreele and Public Affairs Officer for Somalia
Jon Tollefson. Rev. Dreele and Tollefson plan to attend the
fifth plenary meeting of the Contact Group on Piracy off the
Coast of Somalia on January 28. Rev. Dreele does not hold a
clearance. Tollefson holds a TS clearance.


5. Rev. Dreele plans to arrive in New York on January 27 and
depart on January 28th. Tollefson plans to arrive in New
York on January 26 and depart on January 29.
