SUBJECT: MISSION CLEARANCE REQUEST FOR U.S. DELEGATION TO
CONTACT GROUP ON PIRACY OFF THE COAST OF SOMALIA PLENARY

REF: STATE 004459


1. Mission clearance is requested for the U.S. delegation to
the Countact Group on Piracy off the Coast of Somalia
Plenary. This meeting will take place on January 28th in NY
at the United Nations. No USUN assistance, other than that
noted in reftel, is required. Unless otherwise noted, all
delegation members hold an TS/SCI clearance.


2. The delegations travel plans are as follows:
