1. (SBU) DCM delivered reftel points to Suriname's Ministry of
Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary Jane Nanhu-Aarland on January
26. She said the GOS was still deliberating whether Suriname would
associate with the Copenhagen Accord. In a follow-up call on
January 29, she indicated the GOS still had not determined its
position.
