1. Embassy received the above-referenced Diplomatic Note dated
January 22, 2010 from the Mexican government relative to the
exportation of hazardous waste to the U.S. This notification was
sent to EPA/OECA for processing.
2. The Mexican company and export notification numbers are:
Metallurg Mexico, S.A. de C.V., MX/ab/003/10.
3. The receiving company in the U.S. and quantity is the following:
Metallurg Vandium Corporation
60790 Southgate Road
Cambridge, Ohio 43725
10,000 Kg fuel oil slag
4. The waste will be transported in 500 shipments.
