1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act.




2. The following individuals will attend the ILEA, International
Post Blast Investigation (IPBI) in San Salvador, El Salvador, from
March 7 - 20, 2010. The names are listed with the surname first,
