BOATS TRAINING


1. Pursuant to the Leahy and Foreign Assistance Acts, post
requests assistance in screening the following Ugandan national who
have been selected for US-sponsored training. These candidates are
invited to participate in the Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat Training
from March 8 to April 30 in Entebbe, Uganda. Post has reviewed its
files and found no derogatory information on these individuals.
All are members of the Butiaba Marine Brigade of the Ugandan
military (UPDF).
