1. In accordance with reftel, post reached Vasileios STERGIOU
(DPOB: 04-Nov-1979, Greece) on February 5, 2010 to advise him that
he could not travel with the B1B2 visa issued into passport number
AB5724024. He appeared with his passport at the Embassy on
February 11, 2010 at which time the visa was physically cancelled
by CONOFF. Mr. Stergiou was advised that he may reapply at any
time. He noted that he hopes to travel to the United States in
September 2010.
