REQUIREMENTS
REF: STATE 28885
1. In response to reftel, the central government of Croatia
will receive U.S. foreign assistance from FY09 funds.
2. The GOC makes its budget publicly available on the
Ministry of Finance website. During the course of the year,
progress reports, a year-end report, and an annual auditor's
report are also made publicly available. As required by
Croatian law, the budget available to the public includes
income and expenditures. The GOC achieves a moderate level of
accuracy in the publicly available budget.
