2. USUN has been contacted by Vornado Realty Trust regarding
nonpayment of rent and associated charges by the
PermanentMission of the Union of the Comoros to the United
Nations for office space leased at 866 UN Plaza, Suite
418-419 in
New York. Arrears reached $25,922.15 as of June 15, 2009.
3. USUN requests Department consider instructing Amembassy
Antananarivo to demarche appropriate MFA officials requesting
that the CMUN pay its rental arrears without further delay.
