(U) Japan is in the process of making arrangements to issue a
separate invitation to the Czech Republic, in its capacity as
President of the E.U., to attend the Pakistan Donors
Conference which will be held in Tokyo on April 17, according
to MOFA Southwest Asia Division Principal Deputy Director Aya
Yoshida. Yoshida also said that plans are being made to
assure that the Czech representative has a seat at the main
table.
