1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross
violations of human rights committed by the individuals listed below.
These individuals are candidates to attend the ATA - Fraudulent
Travel Documents Training Course - Session 2 scheduled March 3-6,
2009.
