SUBJECT: MISSION CLEARANCE REQUEST FOR BASIL OTTLEY TO
ATTEND C-24, JUNE 14-16


1. (SBU) Basil Ottley, Department of Interior - Office of
Insular Affairs, requests mission clearance to observe
sessions of the C-24 between June 14 and 16 concerning Puerto
Rico's political status, mission access, and assistance with
necessary UN badging. No other assistance is requested.
