1. SUMMARY. In the past A/LM has sent an ALDAC to posts prior
to each transfer season to cover key travel and transportation
topics. The number of topics and the length of the ALDAC has
expanded to the point that we decided to try a different
approach this year. The bulk of useful information on the
shipment of personal effects and supplies can be found on the
A/LM webpage and the ELSO web page, respectively, located at:
