1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel
requesting human rights vetting for the candidate nominated
to attend the COMBATING TERRORISM LANGUAGE PROGRAM AND
PROGRAM ON TERRORISM AND SECURITY STUDIES, JANUARY 12 THROUGH
MARCH 19 2010, THE MARSHALL CENTER, GARMISCH-PARTERKIRCHEN,
GERMANY.
2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the
individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 12/08/2009. Post is
authorized to include the following individual in
USG-funded training:
