1. Department requests mission clearance and assistance in
obtaining UN credentials for ISN/CATR Acting Director William
Malzahn, who will intermittently be assisting the U.S.
delegation to the First Committee in its work on the Arms
Trade Treaty and the UN Register of Conventional Arms between
October 14 and November 3. No further assistance is
requested. Mission POC is USUN/POL Michael Gordon.
