1. (SBU) Singapore will send a two-person delegation to
attend the November 4-5 Sous-Sherpa/Experts meeting in
Washington D.C. MFA International Organizations Deputy
Director Chin Siew Fei will lead the Singapore delegation.
The GOS has not yet decided who will be the second member of
the delegation, but it will be someone from a ministry other
than MFA. Note: Chin will be posted to Vienna as Singapore's
representative to the IAEA beginning in 2010. End Note.
2. (SBU) Singapore has not yet decided upon its Sherpa, but
hopes to have someone named by the end of the week of October
26.
