1. Per reftel, Post contacted Bosung Industry and the U.S. Army in
Korea to verify the bona fide transaction of the subject items with
Bosung Industry by phone and fax. Due to resource constraints, a
site visit was not conducted.

2. Mr. Young-dae Lee, Senior Manager of Bosung Industry confirmed
to Post that the company has completed the repairs of the AN/USQ-70
for the U.S. Army 2nd Infantry Division following the receipt of the
subject items from the United States.

3. Douglas Cilly, Maintenance Officer with the U.S. Army 2nd
Infantry Division in Korea has also confirmed to Post that the
transaction with Bosung was bona fide. Finally, based on DHS-Seoul's
Immigration & Customs Enforcement office's research Bosung is not
currently of investigative interest.

4. Copies of the documents proving the transaction between Bosung
and the U.S. Army in Korea and the maintenance request issued by the
U.S. Army in Korea to Bosung will be emailed separately.
