Romero. Romero said the MFA had been expecting further U.S.
input on the DPRK nuclear activities, and said that South
Korea had been in regular contact with MFA counterparts as
well. He said the new Minister and Vice Minister of Foreign
Affairs seemed to understand that foreign policy issues
transcend party agendas, and that the new GOES would remain
wary of the DPRK.
