1. (SBU) Econoff delivered reftel demarche on the July 8-9
International Telecommunications Satellite Organization
(ITSO) meeting to Ministry of Communications and Information
Technology Director General of International Affairs Fareed
Khashoggi. Khashoggi said his Ministry is not sending a
delegate to the July 8-9 Extraordinary Assembly of the ITSO
but will communicate its position through the Saudi Embassy
in Rome.
