On April 15, Charge d'Affaires and Latvian Foreign Minister
Maris Riekstins exchanged instruments of ratification for the
Extradition Treaty between the United States and Latvia, and
signed the related protocols of exchange. At the same time,
the Charge delivered the US instrument of ratification for
the Mutual Legal Assistance Protocol, along with a diplomatic
note as reqested reftel.
