1. (SBU) MFA Multilateral Affairs' Alternate Coordinator of
Summits Marjorie Ulloa confirmed on April 15 that Foreign
Minister Fander Falconi will attend the April 18 UNASUR
meeting as the "Plus One" with President Rafael Correa (Ref
A).


2. (SBU) Ulloa also noted that Coordinating Minister of
Social Development Nathalie Cely would join the GOE's
delegation to the Summit of the Americas. As per Ref B, the
GOE's delegation already includes President Rafael Correa,
Foreign Minister Fander Falconi, MFA Under Secretary of
Multilateral Affairs Carlos Jativa and Ecuador's Ambassador
to the OAS Efren Cocios.
