1. In response to reftel, Cape Verde's budget is highly
transparent, and should not prevent normal disbursement of
government to government assistance (including IMET, FMF, 1206,
and others).
2. The information is publicly available and can also be
accessed in the following link of the Ministry of Finance.
Furthermore this document is distributed to main political
parties, NGO's , labor unions, Chambers of Commerce, Parliament
and the debate for the approval of the budget is broadcasted in
full and live by the National Radio, which has country-wide
coverage.

3. The budget has information on expenses and incomes.
Quarterly, the MoF publishes preliminary budget accounts in its
website.
