1. (C) On November 6 Emboff provided USG perspective on NATO
Enlargement to MFA Security Policy Deputy Director Petr
Chalupecky contained in Ref B. Chalupecky thanked emboff for
points and noted that the Czechs think very similarly to the
USG on Montenegro and Bosnia, while noting that Montenegro is
far ahead of any other country with respect to preparations
for entry. He also stated that Czech thinking is in
concurrence with the USG on Ukraine. Chalupecky did not
offer a comment on Georgia.
